1. Manufacturer's Warranty The majority of our premium products—including freestanding tubs, shower systems, smart toilets, and vanities—are backed by comprehensive manufacturer warranties. Trusted brands like Aquabrass, Duravit, Fleurco, Vogt Industries, ICO Bath, and Bagno Italia provide specific coverage for defects in materials and workmanship.
- The duration and exact terms of the warranty vary depending on the brand and the specific product type.
- Warranty documents are typically included in the product packaging. We highly recommend keeping these documents along with your original receipt.
2. What is Generally Not Covered While our products are built to last, warranties typically do not cover damages resulting from:
- Improper Installation: We strongly advise hiring licensed professionals (such as certified plumbers and contractors) to install your fixtures. Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Everyday use over time.
- Improper Maintenance: Damage caused by abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or neglecting basic product care.
- Floor Models & Clearance: Please note that "as-is" floor models and final-sale blowout items generally do not carry standard manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
3. How to File a Warranty Claim If you experience a defect covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, our Customer Care team is here to support you through the process. To initiate a claim, please provide us with:
- Your order number and proof of purchase (receipt).
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect.
Once we receive this information, we will assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible (whether through replacement parts or product exchange, as dictated by the brand's policy).
