Returns & Exchanges
At Bath & Tile Outlet, we stand behind the quality of our premium European and Canadian designs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.
1. Standard Returns We accept returns on uninstalled, unused merchandise in its original, undamaged packaging within [X] days of delivery or in-store pickup.
- All returned items must be in resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Please note: A standard restocking fee of [X]% may apply to certain returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale) To maintain our unbeatable outlet pricing, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Floor Models and Clearance Items: All floor models and blowout sale items are sold "as-is" and are final sale.
- Custom orders or special-order items.
- Products that have been installed, modified, or are missing their original packaging.
3. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size, finish, or model, the fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the original item for a refund (following the standard return policy) and make a new purchase.
4. Damaged or Defective Items We meticulously inspect our products, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging to help us expedite your replacement.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return or exchange, please reach out to our Customer Care team or visit us in person. If you are bringing an item back to the showroom, please contact us first so we can prepare for your arrival.
