1. Free In-Store Pickup We highly encourage our local customers and contractors to take advantage of our free in-store pickup. Once your order is ready, you can collect it directly from our showroom located at the Improve Canada Mall.

  • Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation. Our team will assist you in loading your items safely.
2. Parcel & Freight Delivery Depending on the size and weight of your items, your order will be shipped using one of the following methods:
  • Standard Parcel Delivery: For smaller items such as faucets, shower fixtures, and accessories, we use trusted courier services. Orders are typically processed and shipped within [X to X] business days.
  • Freight Delivery (Large/Heavy Items): High-end pieces such as fully assembled vanities, freestanding bathtubs, glass shower doors, and bulk tile orders require specialized freight delivery to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Freight deliveries are typically scheduled by appointment, and the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery window.
3. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or freight carrier details, allowing you to monitor your delivery status every step of the way.
4. Inspecting Your Delivery Quality is our priority. We kindly ask that you thoroughly inspect all items upon arrival. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please document the issue with photos and contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
