Follow these steps and send all the necessary information to our team by email.
Find the Identical Product
Find the identical product offered at a lower advertised price by an eligible Canadian retailer.
Gather the Information
Include the product name, model or SKU, competitor's name, advertised price and a link to the competitor's product listing.
Attach Your Evidence
Attach a current quotation, advertisement or screenshot showing the product, retailer and advertised price.
Send Your Request
Email the information to contact@bathandtileoutlet.ca. Our team will verify the product, price and availability.

Use the subject line “Price Match Request” and include all the required information so our team can review your request.

Eligibility
The competitor's offer must meet all applicable conditions to qualify for a price match.
Product Requirements
- The product must be identical, including brand, model, SKU, size, colour, finish and specifications.
- The product must be new and factory sealed.
- The competitor's product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase when we verify the request.
Competitor Requirements
- The competitor must be an authorized retailer operating in Canada.
- The advertised price must be current and independently verifiable.
- The price must be displayed in Canadian dollars.
- Applicable shipping or delivery charges may be considered when comparing the final price.
Proof of Competitor Price
The evidence must clearly identify the competitor, the identical product and the current advertised price.
Product Link
A link to the competitor's current online product listing.
Written Quotation
A current written quotation provided by the competitor.
Advertisement
A current and dated advertisement showing the offer.
Screenshot
A screenshot showing the product, retailer and advertised price.
Exclusions
The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following offers or product conditions.
- Clearance, liquidation or closeout merchandise
- Open-box, display, refurbished, used or damaged products
- Pricing errors
- Marketplace or third-party sellers
- Private sales or auction websites
- Unauthorized dealers
- Membership-only or employee pricing
- Competitor coupons or non-public promotional codes
- Financing offers or differences caused by financing terms
- Free gifts, rebates or bundled promotional incentives
- Products that are out of stock or unavailable

All Price Match requests are subject to verification and approval by Bath & Tile Outlet. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Bath & Tile Outlet reserves the right to decline a request when the competitor's offer, product specifications, availability or pricing cannot be independently verified.
